Fuel monitoring & theft alerts
Live fuel level, refills and sudden drops with time and place, consumption and km/L.
Commercial fleets
GPS fleet tracking that cuts fuel loss and idle time: fuel monitoring, route history, mileage reports and overspeed alerts for every vehicle — with your AIS-140 devices or ours.
In short: Apna Tracker is fleet management software. It connects the GPS device (and optionally a fuel sensor) in each vehicle to one dashboard on web, Android and iPhone. Fleet owners see every vehicle live, get alerts for fuel drops, overspeed and SOS, and download daily km, trip, stoppage and fuel reports for the whole fleet.
Features
Live fuel level, refills and sudden drops with time and place, consumption and km/L.
Replay any vehicle’s route for any day on a speed-coloured map.
Kilometres, running and idle hours and top speed per vehicle per day; km/L with a fuel sensor.
Overspeed events against each vehicle’s limit and idle time, so you can coach drivers.
Scores for harsh braking, acceleration and cornering for each driver.
Automatic trips and stops with start, end, place and duration.
Depots, loading points, customers and schools — entry and exit alerts.
Daily, trip and fuel-event reports to open in Excel.
Give managers, supervisors and clients their own logins.
API keys to bring vehicle data into your ERP or transport software.
SOS, overspeed, power cut, tamper, device offline and ignition.
Use your existing AIS-140 devices as a secondary server — government VLTS unchanged.
Industries
Long-haul trucks: live location, trips and stoppages, fuel-theft detection and daily km.
SOS button, 40 km/h overspeed alerts, route history and school arrival alerts.
Check trips against schedules and control overspeeding on every route.
Know where every cab is, daily km per car and alerts for after-hours use.
Engine hours, geofence alerts if a machine leaves site, and fuel monitoring.
Run your own branded tracking business on Apna Tracker.
AIS-140 / VLTD
Your AIS-140 device keeps sending data to the government VLTS. Apna Tracker is simply added as a second server, so you get a full fleet dashboard without changing anything that is already approved.

FAQ
Fit a fuel level sensor with the GPS tracker. Apna Tracker then records every refill and every sudden drop in fuel with the time and the exact location, so you can match refills to bills and catch draining at once. Add geofences around depots and fuel pumps and check km/L for each vehicle every week. Read the full guide.
With a fuel sensor fitted on the vehicle, Apna Tracker shows the fuel level, detects refills and sudden drops (possible fuel theft), and calculates consumption and km/L.
With a fuel level sensor fitted, Apna Tracker compares the distance driven (from GPS) with the fuel used (from the sensor) to give km/L for each vehicle. Without a sensor you still get daily kilometres, running time and idle time.
Yes. Apna Tracker shows running time and idle time (engine on, vehicle not moving) for every vehicle, every day, so you can find vehicles that waste fuel by idling.
Each bus has a GPS tracker (often an AIS-140 device with panic buttons). The school sees every bus live, gets an overspeed alert above the set limit (for example 40 km/h), receives SOS alerts instantly and gets geofence alerts when a bus reaches or leaves school. Route history shows every trip and stop time.
Daily summary (kilometres, running time, idle time, top speed), trips, stoppages, alerts and fuel events. Reports can be downloaded as CSV and opened in Excel.
Yes. AIS-140 (VLTD) devices such as iTriangle Bharat 101 can send data to Apna Tracker as a secondary server. Your government VLTS reporting stays exactly as it is.
AIS-140 is the Indian standard for vehicle location tracking devices (VLTD) with emergency buttons in public-service and commercial vehicles such as buses, school buses and taxis. Check with your state transport department for the rule that applies to your vehicle. Read our AIS-140 guide.
Usually yes. Apna Tracker works with AIS-140 (VLTD) devices, Teltonika trackers and GT06/Concox trackers. Share the make and model with us and we confirm compatibility and set the device to report to Apna Tracker — you do not need to buy new hardware.
Your data is stored securely in India with daily backups. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Yes. Through the partner program, GPS dealers and installers get their own admin login, their own users and devices, and white-label branding with their logo and name.
